The house was originally constructed between the 1960s and 1970s, the house has been thoughtfully renovated over time to suit the evolving needs of the owners, who currently use it as a summer retreat.
Recent upgrades include the addition of a spacious portico, perfect for outdoor dining, a new family bathroom, and a cozy bedroom loft on the top floor. All renovations have been crafted using locally sourced materials, including wooden beams and high-performance insulation, ensuring comfort through both the hot summer months and chilly winters.
